This article summarises the second General Assembly and the first Review Meeting of the REALIZE project which took place on 5 and 6 June 2025 in a hybrid format. Participants had the possibility to come to Brussels or follow the meetings online.
Second General Assembly
During the General Assembly, the REALIZE partners discussed the progress and challenges of each work package and task. The consortium agreed on the following actions:
- Discussions with project promoters to address the possibility to apply for the 2025 Innovation Fund Call
- Regular follow-up and progress tracking meetings
- Participation in events
- Promotion of public deliverables
- Publication of a video-interview of REALIZE’s coordinator
- Development of synergies with the other CSAs (H2IF, 2DPLOY, LEADS and DIAMONDS4IF)
Review Meeting
On 6 June, the first review meeting of the REALIZE meeting took place in Brussels, with the work package leaders and the European Commission Project Officer.
This meeting was an opportunity to review the current state of development of the project, to present the key achievements of the first reporting period, to discuss the challenges faced by the REALIZE consortium and to plan future activities.
As REALIZE aims at submitting six Innovation Fund applications, replacement of project promoters is foreseen in the coming months.
